Goal
Drive consumer engagement, inform app users’ achievements, and inspire our audience to continue booking wellness in the Mindbody app.
Process
We gathered the most relevant data we had about our consumers booking interests over the course of the previous year. Our team discussed what might be most interesting for them, and what they’d be likely to share on social. We categorized consumers into three unique segments based on their engagement levels. Their customized emails had the number of classes they booked, their top category, whether they were booking virtual or in-person experiences, and their favorite business.
